Charles Allen, Chariman of the Board
Charlie is Chairman of TeraGo Networks (TSX:TGO), a national provider of Wireless Broadband Services to businesses in Canada and a Director of Canlan Ice Sports (TSX:ICE). He is also the President of Darmajac Holdings, a holding company with investments in telecommunications and other industries. Charlie achieved his Chartered Accountant designation with Clarkson Gordon and from 1987 to 1995 he was President and Chief Executive Officer of CUC Broadcasting, a Canadian investment company with broad interests in paging, wireless, cable television, television, radio, specialty programming services and print in both Europe and North America.
